VII.  Field improvement update :  "What we got vs. what we expected."  Some confusion occurred in the final outcome of the field track.  Debbie Dunne covered the "vision" drawing that we all saw hanging in the office last spring and how the track we have came to life.  In the long process we require a lot of Brier City approval due to lines that run under the field and where we can lay asphalt.  To date we have spent approximately $18,000, not including tax.  We in no way want to limit the use of the field by the location of the track going through the field.  The question now is where do we go from here?  We still have visions of exercise stations and further field improvement.  Your PTA is currently looking for volunteers to work on this project.  If you are interested, Please contact either Debbie Dunne, Cindy Marum, or any PTA Board member can help get you the information.  A discussion occurred on a past subject of raising funds for a new covered play area.  It is noted that this is not in the works or even an obtainable goal for us in the near future being that the preliminary investigation of costs revealed a need for $500,000.

VIII.  Cindy Marum joined us as our guest speaker to talk on "School Improvement Plan".

Meeting adjourned @ 8:30pm
